Svanhild Design at Svanhild Lindhjem is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with the business in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at all times. By controller is meant the person who determines the purpose of the processing of personal data and which aids are to be used. It is the controller who has overall responsibility for the processing of your personal data.
4 What personal data is processed?
Personal data means information that can be linked to a natural person, for example information about name, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address. Processing refers to any use of personal data, such as e.g. collection, registration, compilation, storage and delivery.

5 The purpose and collection of the information:

Information is obtained through a form on my website. This is stored in my CRM system which is Shopify. Shopify is the system I use to store customer data and automate marketing communications.
The information is stored until you yourself request that it be deleted or that it has been inactive for 2 years, unless otherwise required by law.

8 Disclosure of information to third parties?
The personal information is not shared with external third parties, with the exception of my subcontractors for payment solutions: Vipps, Stripe and PayPal.
These subcontractors can process personal data on my behalf and will only use this for the purpose of providing such services to me and I will obtain the guarantees deemed required for the protection of your personal data for that purpose.
All third parties who receive personal data from me are obliged to follow my standards for the processing of personal data or equivalent standards, as well as obligations arising from the privacy legislation applicable at any time.
If it is required by law, or there is a suspicion of an offense in connection with the use of my services, personal data I have stored about you may be disclosed to public authorities.
If personal data may be subject to transfer to another organization in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization or dissolution transaction of all or part of me, I will only do this if the parties involved have entered into an agreement where the collection, use and sharing of the personal data is limited to the purposes relating to the transaction, including a provision on whether the transaction should proceed or not, and the personal data shall only be used by the parties involved to carry out and complete the transaction. All payment transactions are processed via a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on my servers. In addition, all debit and credit card information you provide is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
If a person or an organization misuses personal data they have received to assist with the delivery of my services and website, this will be considered a serious breach for which I will be able to take appropriate measures, including termination of agreements between Svanhild Design and the individual organisation.
